Architects Fees
Our architectural fees are based on the scope and complexity of each project, and are always agreed with you in advance. We aim to keep our fee structure clear at all times, so there will be no surprises.
This approach gives you control over how much of the project scope you want us to take on. Our fees are charged based on the number of hours required to deliver the project scope, exclusive of VAT.
An example of a typical medium sized residential project scope showing the number of hours required is shown below, and this will be particular to each project.
Ready to discuss a project? Get in touch with us and a member of our team will be delighted to speak to you. We provide initial consultations and quotations for our architectural services, to help get your project moving in the right direction.
